FAQ
How does the 30-day free trial work?
You can try free for 30 days any of our plans. No credit cards are required for the trial period. You are NOT running the risk of paying for the plan just because you forgot to cancel it. At the end of the 30 days period, you will not be able to access the data unless you start paying for the plan.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
NO! You do not have to sign a long term contract. You pay monthly and you leave whenever you want, no strings attached. If you decide to leave, you only pay for the current month. You will not be charged afterwards. You can easily export the data if you decide to leave.
Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?
NO! When you upgrade or downgrade you do not get a 30-day free trial. The free trial is only designed to allow you to become familiar with the product and help you ascertain whether it’s a service you’d be happy to pay for.
Are there per-user fees?
NO! Unlike other CRM solutions, we do NOT charge per-user fees for our main plans. This makes our plans very affordable. The plans define a maximum number of users within that plan. For example, the Premium plan allows up to 40 users for the same price.
Can I change plans at any time?
YES! You can upgrade or downgrade any time you want. When you upgrade or downgrade, you will continue to pay the previous rate until the next payment date, when you will start paying for the new plan.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. At this time we do not accept Paypal, Google checkout, cheques or purchase orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Is my data secure?
YES! We store your data securely on our servers. We review the security of our servers regularly and we keep our servers up to date with the latest security patches as they come out. We back up your data twice daily.
